Return & Refund Policy

Our policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required to process any return.

Once a jacket’s customization has been approved, it may only be returned or exchanged if there is a clear deviation from the approved mockup or if the item arrives damaged

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items returned in a condition different from how they were received, including damage or missing parts not caused by our error

  • Returns submitted after 30 days from delivery

Refund Process (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your payment provide

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company (posting times may vary)

  3. Contact your bank for processing updates

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, please email team@dearvarsity.com with your order details and issue description

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the return value once the item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.

Return Shipping

To initiate a return, email team@varsitybase.com to receive return instructions.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund

  • Delivery times for exchanged items may vary by location

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
